About
At L&P Equine, I offer Occupational Therapy - Equine & Nature Assisted, a calming, sensory-rich alternative to traditional therapy. Grounded in occupational therapy, this service supports emotional wellbeing, regulation, and personal development through connection with horses, nature, and meaningful activities.
You won’t be riding, but instead working alongside horses in a natural environment that invites curiosity, awareness, and growth. Whether you're navigating mental health challenges, neurodivergence, trauma, or burnout, this is a space where you can explore at your own pace—with no formal clinical assessments, just presence and purposeful connection.
What to Expect
No Clinical Assessments
Sessions are relaxed, non-medical, and strengths-based. We focus on what feels relevant and helpful to you, not ticking diagnostic boxes.
